Introduction

To satisfy the increasing needs of modern industry for mineral raw materials, the research and manufacture of new equipment mainly develops towards increasing the processing ability of the machinery and improving the separation precision. Gravity spiral chute is a new type of machine used for improving the separation precision and it has wide and gently groove face, so that the area of the ore pulp flowing in the form of laminar flow is big, making it suitable for processing the ores with medium and fine granularity and it has been widely used in non-ferrous metal and rare metal mines.

Features

Construction chute has many advantages such as low energy consumption, simple structure, small floor space, simple and easy operation, stable beneficiation, no movable parts, convenient maintenance and management and big processing capacity of unit area.

Principle

Erect the spiral chute separator, calibrate the perpendicular line and fix it in a proper position with iron structure or wood. Send the mineral sand with the sand pump to the two feeding mouth on the top of the spiral chute, add make-up water to adjust the density of the ore pulp, and the ore pulp will naturally rotationally flow down and produce an inertial centrifugal force in the rotary slant flow. The gravity and the centrifugal force will separate the ores and sand according to the proportion, granularity and shape of the ore sand, and the ore concentrate will flow into the concentrate funnel and be discharged with the pipe and the tailings will flow to the tailing funnel and be discharged to the sand tank with the pipe and drained by the sand pump to complete the whole separation process.
