Cooling machine is one of the important machines in the rotary kiln system. The function of this machine is to drive the clinker that are discharged from the rotary kiln (1000℃-1200℃) to carry out sufficient heat exchange with the air through the rotation of the cylinder to cool the materials below 200℃, and at the same time, improve the quality and grindability of the clinker. The air used for cooling the materials will be all absorbed into the kiln as secondary circulation air, which improves the heat efficiency of the kiln.

High-temperature clinker goes into the cooling machine through the feeder machine, and the cooling machine will rotate to drive the materials to carry out sufficient heat exchange with the air. At the same time, as the cylinder constantly rotates according to the designed inclination and rotating speed, the materials will periodically roll forward inside the kiln, so that the materials are conveyed from the feeding end to the discharging end and cooled to the temperature of below 200℃ during the time period of going through the rotary kiln.
