The pulverized coal (or natural gas) inside the rotary kiln is burned to produce heat which will heat the materials through gaseous conductance or radiation, and in the meantime, with the constant rotation of the cylinder according to the designed inclination and rotating speed, the materials will periodically roll forward inside the kiln, so that the raw materials will be sent from the feeding end to the discharging end and burnt to be qualified clinker during the time period of going through the rotary kiln, thus reaching the goal of high output, high quality and low energy consumption.
