Introduction

Vibrating feeder can evenly and continuously feed the bulk and granular materials from the storage bin to the material receiving device. In the sand and stone production line, vibratory feeder can continuously and evenly feed the crusher and avoid the blockage of the material receiving mouth of the crusher equipment.

The structure of the vibrating grizzly feeder can be divided into steel plate structure and grating bar structure. The vibrating grizzly feeder with steel plate structure can carry out coarse screen on the materials, making the configuration of the system more economical and reasonable, so that this type of vibrating feeder becomes the indispensable equipment in the crushing and screening process.

Principle

According to the performance requirement of the equipment, when configuring and designing it, try to reduce the pressure of the materials on the chute. According to the requirement of the manufacturing company, the effective discharging mouth of the storage cabin should not be bigger than one four of the width of the chute and the flowing speed of the materials should be control in the range of 6-18m/min. As for the materials with big feeding amount, an ore blocking board with sufficient height should be installed at the discharging mouth of the storage bin. To not influence the performance of the feed grizzly, the ore blocking board should not be fixed onto the chute. To facilitate the smooth discharging of the materials, the dip angle of the back wall of the storage bin is better designed in the range of 55-65°.
