Every unit of the conveyor is composed of eight roller cylinders and every unit can be independently used or combined to be used and the installation is very convenient. The conveyor can freely expand or extract, and the longest and the shortest ratio of one unit can reach three times.
The convery belt is mainly composed of the two end rollers and the closed conveyor belts tightly hitched up on them. The rollers driving the convery belt to rotate is called driving roller, and the other one that is used for change the moving direction f other convery belt is called redirection roller. The driving roller is driven by the motor through reducer and the convery belt moves relying on the frictional force between the driving roller and the convery belt. The driving roller is generally installed on the discharging end to increase the traction force, which is conducive to the movement of the elevating conveyor belt. The materials are fed in from the feeding end and fall onto the moving elevating conveyor belt, and relying on the frictional force of the conveyor, the materials will be moved to the discharging end and be discharged.
