Disk granulator can also be called disk grain making machine, and it is a molding machine used for making the materials into specific shape. Disk grain making machine is widely used in such industries as chemistry, petrifaction, pharmacy, food, building material, metallurgy, mining, printing and dyeing, ceramics, rubber and plastics and also used for pelleting organic fertilizer.
Disk granulator has such features as simple structure, high strength, easy maintenance, convenient use, high granulation ratio and even granularity.
The disk uses unitary arc structure, and the granulation rate can reach over 93%. There are three discharging mouths for the convenience of intermittent production, thus greatly reducing the labor strength and improving the working efficiency. The reducer and the electro motor use soft belt transmission with stable starting, so that the impact forces is slowed down and the service life of the equipment is prolonged.
